Aleyda Mas Park is an extraordinary 5-acre property at 11855 SW 60th Avenue, purchased by the Village in January 2024. This stunning space, located at the southeast end of Pinecrest, features exotic trees and plants, scenic trails, a serene lagoon, and a grand resort-style house. Formerly owned by the Montgomery family, founders of Fairchild Gardens, the property holds horticultural and historical significance.

We envision transforming this treasure into a peaceful green space and indoor facility that reflects the unique character and needs of our community. But we need your input to make it happen!

By completing our short survey, you’ll play an important role in shaping the future of Aleyda Mas Park. Your feedback will directly influence the conceptual design, which will aid the discussion at a public meeting in early February. After incorporating community input, the final design will be presented for Village Council approval.
